LA PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE AU COEUR DE LA STRATEGIE DE GENFIT
Depuis sa création, la société a mis en place une organisation chargée d’arrêter et de préserver les actifs générés dans le cadre de la Propriété Intellectuelle (PI) tout en renforçant son assise stratégique et en contribuant à son développement.
A la charge du département PI, la gestion, l’analyse et la protection de l’ensemble des actifs générés dans le cadre de la recherche interne mais également dans le cadre de programmes de recherche collaboratifs menés avec les partenaires industriels et académiques.
Genfit s’est ainsi constitué un important portefeuille de brevets composé de nouvelles entités chimiques, formules et compositions pharmaceutiques, matériel biologique, outils diagnostiques, et méthodes et outils de recherche.
