Depuis la création de Genfit, une politique structurée et solide de propriété intellectuelle a été mise en place. Cette forte propriété intellectuelle, protégeant savoir-faire et travaux de recherche, est un atout clé pour la valorisation de l’entreprise.
UN PORTEFEUILLE DE BREVETS RICHE ET VARIE
Genfit a mis en place une organisation dédiée dont le but est de créer et de préserver une propriété intellectuelle riche pour le développement de l’entreprise. Aujourd’hui, Genfit détient un portefeuille de 265 brevets ou demandes de brevets regroupés dans 29 familles, correspondant chacune à une invention spécifique :
- Brevets de nouvelles molécules et à leur utilisation thérapeutique, mais aussi brevets pour une nouvelle utilisation thérapeutique de molécules déjà connues,
- Brevets de dosages ou d’outils de diagnostics,
- Brevets de méthodes ou d’outils de recherche.
Notre portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle est régulièrement enrichi de nouvelles demandes de brevets qui protègent les inventions générées par nos équipes de recherche.
