Xavier Guille des Buttes is member of the Supervisory Board of both Diagast and Financière Delpharm. He is also member of the Board of Directors of both Somedial Spa (Alger) and the Lille Catholic Institute. During thirty years spent at Schering SA, Xavier Guille des Buttes occupied many functions of which in particular those of Marketing Director, General Manager of Pharmaceutical Division, and of CEO until June 2006.

Xavier Guille des Buttes is graduate from the ESSCA (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales, Angers), the ICI (Institut du Commerce International) and the ICG (Institut de Gestion Prévisionnelle et de Contrôle de Gestion).
