Laurent Lannoo pursued his higher education in Business Law at the Faculty of Law in Lille, where he was graduated in 1992. He began his professional career as a Junior and then Senior Consultant at the M&M consultancy firm, which specialises in the health sector. He became Partner of the firm in 1996. The realisation of one of his projects led him to join Eurasanté, the public agency for the economic development of health activities in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, created in 1995.

In 2005, he was appointed Secretary-General of the ‘Fondation Cœur et Artères’ (Heart and Arteries Foundation), of which he became President of the Management Board in 2006.

In July 2008, he joined Genfit as Secretary-General with responsibility for the legal department and interaction with the stock exchange authorities.
