Charles Woler is a medical Doctor and holds a Master in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacokinetics, a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology and Methodology and a MBA. He is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Endotis Pharma, Operating Partner Healthcare at Duke Street Capital, Non-executive Director of Imclone System (USA) and Vice Chairman France Biotech.

Following senior positions at Warner Lambert and Akzo Pharma, he became CEO France, of Roche, and then Chairman Europe Pharmaceutcals at Smithkline Beecham's (London). He then moved into running and developing SMEs, notably as General Manager of Bouchara, and subsequently as CEO of Cadus Pharmaceuticals, a NASDAQ listed biotechnology company. In the course of over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology sector, he took part in marketing operations, launched over 15 products and successfully negotiated multiple co-marketing, co-promotion and licensing deals.
